Trump, war, the Pentagon and the conservative establishment

Trump and his defense-sector dominated administration are clearly salivating at the thought taking military action against Iran and North Korea (at the very least) while the mainstream media foments and reinforces this sentiment through its unremitting anti-Russian hysteria and by showering the Trump administration with praise and flattery every time it even hints at intervention or takes military action. Remember this?

The Pentagon has already bombed Syria, sent almost 4,000 additional troops to Afghanistan (with additional plans in the works to send even more troops in and give the Pentagon far broader authority to conduct operations in Afghanistan), lobbied for the creation of a “Space Corps” (reminiscent of Reagan-era SDI schemes) and more recently been dreaming up proposals to supply Ukraine with antitank missiles and other high-end weapons, which would take the US-Russia proxy war in Ukraine to a new level. However, at least in the short-term, these seem to be relatively minor agenda items compared to Iran and North Korea.

Only two months into the Trump administration, neoconservative NatSec booster and former Kissinger and Weinberger aide, K.T. McFarland (who was at that time Deputy National Security Adviser), convened a meeting of national security experts and officials to discuss potentially taking military action against North Korea – a drastic departure from previous administrations’ North Korea strategy. Despite the fact that the more diplomatically inclined H.R. McMaster and Dina Powell have replaced Flynn and McFarland at the National Security Council, the tone on North Korea hasn’t changed in the slightest and the NSC and Pentagon continue to prepare military options against North Korea and, as far as anyone knows, has not pushed back against the president or any of his cabinet members’ inflammatory pro-war intimations. Of course, the media is complicit with North Korea and the White House in this escalation, as it has hyped the North Korean threat by obsessively and ceaselessly theorizing and speculating as to which American cities North Korea can hit with ICBMs.

On the Iran front, things don’t appear to be any better despite the fact that the media has not been giving it as much attention as Korea. Iran has long been a target of the West due to 1) the fact that it’s the only Middle Eastern country with any semblance of a native defense industry that isn’t reliant on the US for parts, maintenance and engineering and 2) Israel’s wish that Iran be wiped off the map since it is the only real long-term cultural, military and economic threat to its intended complete dominance of the Middle East. Trump, McMaster, Tillerson and extreme Iran-hawk Mattis are actively scheming to sabotage the Iran “deal” (which was almost certainly a carefully designed trap from the beginning) by finding a way to declare than Iran is technically in noncompliance with the deal, thereby setting the stage for a military confrontation. This is of course the exact same course of action that the Bush II administration took in the run-up to the Iraq War.

Even absent drastic acts of foreign intervention, the Pentagon will surely remain happy throughout the Trump administration, as it has made it blatantly obvious that it wishes to drastically expand the Department of Defense in regards to both its size and scope by lifting caps on spending and has deliberately sidelined (to the extent it can) the National Security Council and empowered the Pentagon (as well as the CIA) to make national security and military decisions more independently and absent White House meddling. This shift of power from the NSC to the Pentagon and the resulting streamlining of military decisions is perhaps the most consequential and significant aspect of the Trump presidency, yet it hardly receives any coverage at all.

…the presidential candidate who termed our military a “disaster” and insisted that huge spending increases were needed to bring it back up to par. A window into this Trump’s thinking can be found in a speech he gave in Philadelphia in early September. Drawing heavily on a military spending blueprint created by Washington’s right-wing Heritage Foundation, Trump called for tens of thousands of additional troops; a Navy of 350 ships (the current goal is 308); a significantly larger Air Force; an anti-missile, space-based Star Wars-style program of Reaganesque proportions; and an acceleration of the Pentagon’s $1 trillion “modernization” program for the nuclear arsenal (now considered a three-decade-long project).

Todd Harrison of the Center for Strategic and International Studies estimates that, if Trump faithfully follows the Heritage Foundation’s proposal, he could add more than $900 billion to the Pentagon’s budget over the next decade. Trump asserts that he would counterbalance this spending splurge with corresponding cuts in government waste but has as yet offered no credible plan for doing so (because, of course, there isn’t one).

You won’t be surprised to learn, then, that the defense industry, always sensitive to the vibes of presidential candidates, has been popping the champagne corks in the wake of Trump’s victory. The prospects are clear: A new Pentagon spending binge is on the horizon. – Mother Jones

This is without a doubt the reason why the largely Pentagon and CIA based conservative national security-booster establishment thrust Trump into office. The primary architect of this putsch was likely former CIA director James Woolsey, the most connected neoconservative Zionist in the world who features prominently on many NGO advisory boards (including many run by the liberal diplomatic establishment), has served on the board of nearly every major defense company under the sun and has remained a consummate Pentagon insider his entire career. Woolsey likely accomplished this through using renegade boyscout Michael Flynn as his proxy. Woolsey developed a close relationship with Flynn throughout the 2016 election season and into Flynn’s tenure as National Security Advisor – Woolsey served as an advisor to the Trump presidential campaign as well as a board member of Flynn Intel Group, attended a meeting alongside Flynn with Turkish government officials about covertly capturing Fethullah Gulen and sending him back to Turkey and was even offered the position of CIA director (again) by Flynn.

James Woolsey (center) with Allied military intelligence officer Victor Jones (left) and French Spy Jeannie de Clarens (right).

Other hawk establishment mainstays within the Trump orbit are John Bolton (who Trump desperately wanted to install in either the State Department or NSC), Center for Security Policy head and Reagan Pentagon official Frank Gaffney, Palantir owner Peter Thiel, the Mercers (GOP donors behind Cambridge Analytica), Blackwater founder Erik Prince, Edwin Meese, Frank Keating and a collection of lower profile national security officials from past Republican administrations (particularly Reagan and Bush II’s).[1][2]

Flynn has already halfway fulfilled his role as a fall guy for the Woolsey, Trump and friends’ maneuverings – he was forced to resign as national security adviser and is currently being investigated by two grand juries in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The entire media is reeling over the Russian election interference and related investigations. The altmedia (a national security state vassal at this point) is claiming that the investigations are witch-hunts headed by “deep state” Democrat operatives intent on destroying Donald Trump while the mainstream media and various left-wing outlets assert that they will inevitably lead to the president’s impeachment. Neither of these narratives are accurate. The investigation will likely go the way of Iran Contra, Scooter Libby, the many Clinton-era scandals, etc. – only fall guys, dupes and patsies (look to surrogates such as Flynn, Manafort, Carter Page, etc. to fill this role) will go down, leaving the core of the administration and its deep state elements in place. Even if Donald Trump himself goes down, he still will have served his purpose as an enabler of the more hawkish elements of the deep state and his Pentagon-boosting legacy and neoconservative foreign policy are not going to be undone by Mike Pence.

[2] Deep State misappropriation and the cryptocratic clique behind Trump

Alt-Right’s Richard Spencer handled by deep state family

In 2014, three Americans were in Budapest, Hungary organizing an international conference for the white nationalist think tank, the National Policy Institute: the contentious white supremacist and progenitor of the term “alt-right”, Richard Spencer, the refined, cosmopolitan, Ivy League-educated editor of white nationalist publication American Renaissance, Jared Taylor and enigmatic publishing heir, William Regnery II. Among those who were to speak at the event was none other than Alexander Dugin, a rabidly anti-liberal and anti-Western “Eurasianist” with very close ties to Vladimir Putin and Russia’s military and national security apparatus. Richard Spencer’s wife Nina Byzantina, who was also present at the meeting, translates Dugin’s works into English in her spare time.

Richard Spencer (left) & Jared Taylor (center) at a National Policy Institute conference

Hungarian authorities believed the meeting to have been orchestrated by the CIA in an attempt to embarrass Hungary’s newly-elected right-wing government and the three Americans were swiftly intercepted and spirited out of the country.

“The government thought that it was a CIA plot,” a source with inside knowledge of Hungarian counterintelligence said in an interview. “They are completely paranoid, and when this conference was announced, they were convinced that this was an American action,” the source said. “They guessed that US intelligence services set up this conference so they can say Hungary is a home for right-wing extremist activists and then blackmail them in the international media.”[1]

Everyone else scoffed at the idea that these three American stooges were part of a CIA plot. The idea that any of these clueless “white nationalist” oafs is even remotely connected to the CIA is absurd… right?

The Regnery Connection

The National Policy Institute was founded as a “racial realist” and “white nationalist” think tank and lobbying effort in 2005 by William Regnery II, who has used his family money to fund the rapid growth of numerous hard-right white nationalist and “anti-Semitic” groups such as the Martel Society, another think tank founded by Regnery II in 2001 which publishes The Occidental Quarterly and runs the Occidental Observer website. Immediately after founding the Martel Society, Regnery II came out swinging, advocating for a radical reconfiguring of the United States and its internal borders based on racial, religious and cultural lines.[2] At some point, Regnery discovered heedless agitator Richard Spencer, who he fostered an intimate relationship with and in 2011 installed as the frontman and nominal head of the NPI, which established the NPI as the chief staging ground for the blossoming, rabidly pro-Trump “alternative right” movement which is characterized by an authoritarian European-style right-wing populist ideology (in contrast to the North America-exclusive libertarian ideology of say Ron Paul). While Spencer is technically the chairman of the NPI, it is still run behind the scenes by Regnery. Richard Spencer referred to him as the chairman of the organization as recently as 2014, five years after Regnery supposedly stepped down from the position.

William Regnery II

Despite this, Regnery (who is known for his extreme secretiveness and reclusiveness) is conspicuously lacking in any kind of publicity – his name is scarcely mentioned at all on the NPI’s website and at NPI conferences, he goes almost entirely unmentioned and very rarely speaks. When he does speak, he is almost never recorded. It appears as though this reticent character handles the colorful frontman Spencer, who speaks to and consults with Regnery almost daily. According to Spencer himself, Regnery has played a “vitally important and indispensable” role in bolstering the alt-right movement and that he “wouldn’t do a big thing without consulting him.”[3] [4]

So just exactly who is this mysterious alt-right power broker, William Regnery II? A deep dive into his family’s background perhaps validates the Hungarian government’s understanding of Spencer and Regnery’s Central European misadventure as a potential CIA ploy.

Regnery’s family has been deeply connected to the right-wing power structure and intelligence community since the early 20th century. Regnery II’s grandfather and originator of the family’s wealth and political influence was William Henry Regnery, a wealthy Chicago textile manufacturer. William Henry was a founding member of the American Security Council, which throughout the postwar era has sat at the center of the right-wing defense establishment and seeks to influence American foreign policy through the doctrine of “peace through strength.”

Nina Byzantina, Richard Spencer and….. Laura Bush?? Who in the blue hell is Regnery II going around introducing Richard Spencer to?

ascHistorical membership of the ASC reads like a who’s who of the intelligence and national security establishments – CIA counterintelligence chief James Jesus Angleton, founding CIA member and Iran-Contra orchestrator John Singlaub, neoconservative Reagan-era diplomat Jeane Kirkpatrick, former deputy national security advisor and Nixon Secretary of State Alexander Haig, inventor of the hydrogen bomb and SDI architect Edward Teller, DoD scientist and presidential advisor John S. Foster, Jr., lead Manhattan Project physicist Eugene Wigner, father of the neutron bomb and RAND Corporation think tanker Samuel T. Cohen and dozens of others highly connected to the military, CIA, FBI, corporate America, etc. The ASC’s spin-off think tank, the Center for Security Policy, is similarly connected, featuring former CIA director and supreme neoconservative-Zionist James Woolsey, Dick Cheney, neoconservative former chairman of the Defense Policy Board Richard Perle, former director of the CIA and Secretary of State James Schlesinger and Paul Wolfowitz as members.

Throughout its reign as the cream of defense establishment think tanks, the ASC and its members covertly backed Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan, coordinated anti-Communist witch hunts with the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover and Allen Dulles, lobbied for anti-detente foreign policies throughout the ’60s and ’70s, almost single-handedly crafted Reagan’s foreign policy, was highly involved in Iran-Contra and CIA drug running out of Southeast Asia and factored strongly in the design of the Strategic Defense Initiative.[5] [6]

In 1978 the ASCF created the “National Strategy for Peace through Strength,” and has been cited numerous times with providing the overall foreign affairs theme for the administration of former President Ronald Reagan. President Reagan personally gave the ASCF credit for this on several occasions and said America won the Cold War based upon the ASCF’s “National Strategy for Peace through Strength” doctrine.[7]

After William Henry Regnery died, his son Henry Regnery (Regnery II’s uncle), replaced him at the American Security Council and in powerful conservative political circles, but Henry’s knack was for propaganda, not defense policy. Henry’s publishing company, Regnery Publishing, which for many decades was the most prominent conservative publishing house in the US, was funded by the CIA according to intelligence officer and Watergate mastermind E. Howard Hunt.[8] It was the first major publishing outfit to release writings of the John Birch Society and later went on to publish preeminent conservative figures William Buckley, Russell Kirk, Whittaker Chambers, Ann Coulter, Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh, Donald Trump, Oliver North, Dinesh D’Souza and William Casey among others.

Al Regnery

Henry Regnery’s son, Al Regnery (Regnery II’s cousin), became president of Regnery Publishing in the ’80s after a stint in the Reagan Justice Department and in 2003 became editor-in-chief of the elite conservative American Spectator magazine, a position he held until 2012. Al is additionally the chairman of the William F. Buckley-founded Intercollegiate Studies Institute, a Young Republicans-esque college recruitment organization that Regnery II was a member of in his college years. Through the ISI, both Regnerys became good friends with Reagan attorney general and advisor Edwin Meese, who was involved in the SDI, Iran-Contra and the bizarre Inslaw/PROMIS scandal.[4] More recently, Meese founded the Reagan Alumni Advisory Council for Trump-Pence, which is composed of over 200 Reagan administration alumni. Among its ranks are pro-Trump CNN pundit Jeffrey Lord, “mega-lobbyist” Haley Barbour, elite GOP political consultant Ed Rollins, radical Christian Israel-booster Gary Bauer, and former Bush drug czar William Bennett. Meese’s Advisory Council promotes massive tax cuts and a rebirth of the Reagan administration’s “peace through strength” foreign policy.[9]

Who Regnery II’s parents were is unclear, but what is sure is that one of his parents was one of Regnery I’s five children other than Henry and that Regnery II was close to his deep state family judging by the fact that he was chosen to succeed his grandfather in running the family textile empire before it went under in the ’80s.

So, to summarize, Richard Spencer’s closest advisor’s grandfather and uncle were both central members of one of the most entrenched postwar deep state think tanks, with CIA funding ran the paramount conservative publishing house for decades, helped thrust Ronald Reagan into the White House and later were part of the guild which crafted his foreign policy. Regnery II, through Richard Spencer in a 21st century digital fashion aided deep state auxiliary Donald Trump in seizing the Oval Office and has seeded and funded a network of organizations propagating a trendy new populist right-wing ideology as his ancestor’s tired Reaganesque policies and rhetorics grow tired and old.

Morning Joe, Trump

As I’ve reported in previous blogs, the mainstream media seems to subtly bolster Donald Trump, which is of course contrary to popular opinion which blanket asserts that the mainstream Midtown and D.C. media is squarely against Trump. One of the key specific indications of this was leaked off-air audio from Morning Joe during the primaries in which Scarborough and Brzezinski effectively collude with Trump by agreeing not to ask him any tough questions, after which Scarborough and Trump claim the agreement will increase Morning Joe’s ratings and make Trump look better. [1]

Just recently it was reported by the New York Times that Scarborough and Brzezinski attended Trump’s New Years Eve party at Mar-A-Lago. [2]

Scarborough & Brzezinski speaking with Trump at Mar-a-Lago

While Scarborough and (maybe) Brzezinski may not have broader conspiratorial motives in treating Trump favorably, this is still an indication that top executives at NBC, which is supposedly vehemently opposed to Trump and will stop at nothing to bring him down, while undoubtedly knowing about this behavior refuse to stop it or do anything about it. Given Trump’s connections to CNN’s Jeff Zucker (formerly of NBC) and top executives at Fox News, it makes sense that he would also maintain close ties with NBC’s management. It’s also of course an indication that all the phony “feuds” between Morning Joe and Trump are nothing more than theater, as if that weren’t already obvious enough to anyone paying attention.

Sidestream Media: The Backstory

Originally published at Akamai Tree blogspot on 12/10/16

Much is made today of the “mainstream/liberal/establishment media” epitomized by media giants such as CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, Time Magazine, Politico, and sometimes the Washington Post. However, relatively little analysis is dedicated to other major media blocs, all of which despite the assertion that the liberal media is the sole outlet for the establishment and elite, are subtly and quietly bolstered by elite and establishment factions themselves. The only greater media bloc of any significance to the public at large other than the liberal-centrist media is a nebulous and loosely related faction I label the “sidestream media”.

The sidestream media is composed of two relatively distinct parts – the mainstream right-wing media and the so-called alternative media (which despite for the most part rejecting being labeled is largely aligned with the American right-wing). The two pillars of the mainstream conservative media are Fox News and talk radio. Newsmax and similar conservative publications (such as American Spectator), which straddle the line between alternative and mainstream, play a supporting role. In the 1990s and early 2000s, Newsmax/Chris Ruddy and friends was an instrumental right-wing media agenda-setter and served as the model for future alternative GOP media operations, but since the Clinton and Bush II eras has lost significant pull.

The alternative media isn’t nearly as monolithic as the Fox News-conservative radio punditry nexus and is therefore a somewhat less accurate and useful categorization, but can still be analyzed. The most notable alternative outlets currently are Breitbart (for now – is gradually becoming mainstreamed), Alex Jones/Infowars, Drudge, WorldNetDaily, and Russia Today. The majority of these are unapologetically rightist in their politics, the major exception being Russia Today, which despite leaning slightly to the left politically, is more than willing to get into bed with the right-wing alternative media to push anti-government stories given their anti American establishment prerogative. Legitimate left-leaning alternative media outlets exist such as The Young Turks, Democracy Now, AlterNet, RawStory, SecularTalk, etc., but none have ever been able to even come close to the way that the right-wing alternative media has on occasion miraculously seized near complete control of the news cycle. Left-wing alternative media used to be much more influential during the heyday of Air America and HuffPo, but has since lost a considerable amount of influence. Currently, there is no disputing that the alternative media is largely dominated by the right.

The history of the mainstream/liberal/traditional Midtown Manhattan media’s liaising and outright plotting with the CIA, State Department, military and other powerful areas of government (be they public or private) is somewhat well known among those exposed to conspiracy (see: Operation Mockingbird).[1][2] However, the sidestream conservative media’s history with the CIA and America’s corporate and governmental elite is relatively obscure.

The conservative counter establishment media is almost entirely the result of a massive concerted right-wing effort beginning in the mid 1970s through the early 1980s to 1) reassert themselves after decades of liberal/moderate political domination during the postwar era and 2) promote the Reagan/Bush I administration’s aggressively anti-communist Central America foreign policy. This effort involved the creation and financing of propaganda outlets such as media organizations like Fox and think tanks such as the Heritage and Koch Foundations, the promotion of certain politicians, the creation of a right-wing faction in academia and ultimately culminated in what is known as the “Reagan Revolution” and “New Right” (and today, we’re seeing many of the same players and tactics reappear). The early 1980s also saw the foundation of the Council for National Policy, whose (known) member list reads like a who’s who of the right-wing elite (Erik Prince, Oliver North, etc.) and very much represents a kind of modern analog to the John Birch Society. By far the most impacting and lasting component of the operation was the right-wing pro-Reagan propaganda machine that Reagan CIA director William Casey, CIA operative Walter Raymond Jr., Fox News’s father as well as to-be kingmaker Rupert Murdoch, and heir to the Pittsburgh-based Mellon family’s multi billion dollar oil & banking fortune Richard Mellon Scaife orchestrated during the Reagan administration.[3] (Perhaps this early CIA facilitation explains why Fox is run like an intelligence agency.)

Ronald Reagan, Rupert Murdoch, Charles Wick, Roy Cohn and Cohn law partner Thomas Bolan in the Oval Office on Jan. 18, 1983 (photo credit: Reagan Presidential Library)

As far as anyone knows based on recently declassified government documents, the operation was kicked off by two face-to-face meetings in 1983 between Rupert Murdoch and Ronald Reagan, mediated by none other than political fixer and Donald Trump mentor Roy Cohn and the director of the US Information Agency, Charles Wick. Quite obviously, Murdoch was instructed to bolster pro-Reagan propaganda through his various holdings controlled through Murdoch’s News Corp., whose core assets were Fox and the New York Post (today, Murdoch also has control over the Wall Street Journal through Dow Jones). While Murdoch’s empire was and still is very much the core and old guard of the right-wing media, the counter-establishment right-wing media did not stop at Fox in the slightest. Casey, Scaife, Roger Ailes (Murdoch’s long-time deputy), and others worked tirelessly to expand the conservative media nexus, an effort which continues to this day with the promotion of Donald Trump.

Trump and Murdoch (photo credit: Reuters)

Perhaps the most visible and important example was the facilitation of Rush Limbaugh by the Casey clique. Limbaugh’s ascent was part of what was a larger operation headed by Casey and fellow CIA-man Lowell Thomas to turn ABC into a centrist-conservative outlet as opposed to a strictly liberal news organization through the acquisition of ABC by Capital Cities, a media holdings company largely run by Casey and Thomas among others.[4] The acquisition was the subject of heavy scrutiny at the time due to the fact that Capital Cities was considerably smaller than ABC, which required that CapCities procure funding and protection from Warren Buffet to go through with the purchase.[5] ABC’s network president, Edward McLaughlin was tasked by ABC’s new owners to recruit conservative talent, which he found at an obscure Sacramento radio station in Rush Limbaugh, who had voiced a spirited defense of the Reagan administration and Oliver North during Iran Contra. Limbaugh was promoted by his new bosses in New York, paraded on national television, and heavily advertised. He cemented his role in American politics after doing the most in the right-wing media to get Newt Gingrich elected speaker of the house. Limbaugh still to this day very much sets the intellectual tone for the right-wing at large and remains faithful to the Republican power structure that brought him up and still likely handles him. It is interesting that CIA-facilitated Limbaugh from the beginning of the 2016 election season was the most effective communicator of Trump propaganda in the mainstream right-wing media, which largely consisted of Limbaugh constantly reiterating the blatantly false claim that Donald Trump was a political outsider.

Later, in the 1990s, this same Murdoch-Casey-Scaife clique birthed the Clinton (and later Obama) rumor-scandal-conspiracy mill and controversialization cottage industry. The Clinton Chronicles’s producer, Pat Matrisciana, was funded by Richard Mellon Scaife and Casey as was Chris Ruddy/Newsmax (behind Vince Foster-Ron Brown story), the American Spectator (behind the Whitewater story), and Judicial Watch (which has been instrumental in advancing the Hillary Clinton email, and Benghazi stories).[6][7][8][9][10][11] It is clear that the Lewinsky scandal was engineered by a faction within the government opposed to the Clinton administration. Linda Tripp, a former Army intelligence officer and Delta force commander, was mothered by Lucianne Goldberg, a prominent Republican operative dating back to the Nixon era and his CREEP reelection campaign. MI6 collaborator and Telegraph reporter Ambrose-Evans Pritchard was sent over to the US from Britain to perpetually lambast the Clinton administration by the British-Canadian(-American) deep state right-wing media conglomerate, Hollinger Corporation, which had on its board Henry Kissinger, Lord Carrington and Margaret Thatcher. Additionally, Pritcard was a close friend of the aforementioned Richard Mellon Scaife.

Ken Starr, still a hack for the Republican party after all these years, who was connected to Scaife through tens of academic institutions, NGOs, and think tanks (one of them being the Council for National Policy) served as the seemingly legitimate face of several politically charged investigations into Bill Clinton, Lewinsky, Paula Jones, and Vince Foster being the most well known.[12] Indeed, the most effective contraversialization tactic against the Clintons has been the exposure of more than a few sex scandals involving everything from infidelity to outright rape, which never would have come out without agitation by the counter establishment media. Interestingly enough, Starr is now working for (or with) convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s legal team, likely covering Donald Trump’s tracks and negotiating a way out of Trump’s likely blackmail by Les Wexner, Epstein’s mentor and the man who had control over the surveillance equipment and blackmail material through a dedicated technician Wexner had fly in to Palm Beach from New Albany, Ohio (Wexner’s residence).[13]

Ann Coulter, who’s probably the most utterly rabid Trump-booster present in the media, was brought up and made in the media by the Paula Jones investigation where Coulter worked as an aide writing briefs for Jones’ lawyer while a member of the conservative Independent Womens’ Forum and was instrumental in acquiring the Linda Tripp tapes for Ken Starr. (Strangely enough, rumor has it that Coulter was seen several times on Adnan Khashoggi’s yacht in the ’90s. Khashoggi is a prominent media financier among other things who’s been in bed with the American intelligence community his entire adult life.)[14]

This media-political machine continued working throughout the Bush II and Obama administrations (Trump’s Obama birth certificate fiasco may have been a sophisticated test), but only experienced a true rebirth once Trump and Hillary Clinton entered the arena together. Many of the old players have reasserted themselves this election season, such as Murdoch, Roger Ailes, Roger Stone, Gingrich, Giuliani, Limbaugh, Drudge, etc. Richard Mellon Scaife died in 2014, but the Mellon fortune continues to be distributed to various right-wing operations through the Sarah Scaife Foundation, named after Mellon’s mother. Murdoch, a friend of Trump’s in private, is now a seasoned operative and a kingmaker in his own right. Roger Ailes, formerly the head of Fox News, met in private with Trump at least on two occasions that we know of and after leaving Fox has served as a media advisor to the Trump campaign/administration.[15][16] Roger Stone, a flagrantly and unabashedly dirty media and political operative who dates back to the Cohn days and was introduced to Trump by Cohn, has been instrumental in feeding distorted narratives and disinformation to the alternative media mostly through Alex Jones.[17]

Gingrich and Giuliani are typically thought of as politicians, but have recently brandished themselves all over Fox News in the name of Trump. Both are political insiders deeply connected to the same faction that has promoted Donald Trump, particularly Giuliani, who’s served as one of the many faces of the national security and law enforcement establishments ever since he put the final nail in the coffin of New York’s Italian mafia (to clear way for the now dominant right-wing pro-Trump Jewish-Russian mafia) and 9/11. Giuliani and his close friend Erik Prince (founder of Blackwater, brother of Trump Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, & Council for National Policy member) are very likely the source of leaks out of NYPD and FBI investigations into Hillary Clinton, Anthony Wiener, and others within the Clinton circle. Prince and the many security contractors the Trump campaign hired during the election season are ex-cops or ex-FBI and all still have extensive connections in law enforcement.

Although the old network of think tanks, media outlets, PR firms, and politicians still exists, new blood had to be injected during the Obama administration in preparation for 2016. By far the most important new major media outlet has been Breitbart, which has a mile long laundry list of suspicious connections to the American right-wing power structure, national security establishment, and Israel. Andrew Breitbart, who got his start as an editor at Drudge then as a researcher for Arianna Huffington, founded the original in the mid-2000s as a news aggregation site. During a visit to Israel (Breitbart was Jewish), Breitbart supposedly on his own conceived the idea of the “Breitbart News Network.” However, fellow Jew and current chief of Breitbart Larry Solov seemed to imply in the bizarrely suggestive Breitbart article “Breitbart News Network: Born in the USA, Conceived in Israel” that the “spirit, tenacity, and resourcefulness of the Israeli people” was instrumental in the foundation of Breitbart News Network, which to this day maintains a large bureau in Jerusalem.[18] What ‘Israeli people’ Solov refers to in the article, no one knows, but I’d be willing to bet that they’re in some way connected to the Israeli-Mossad right wing political machine.

During the transitory phase to a larger news network, Breitbart brought on Steve Bannon to obtain funding and head up Breitbart with him and Solov. Bannon, now the Trump administration’s “chief strategist” and senior counselor, has been lauded by the alt-right as an anti-establishment crusader hellbent on utterly destroying the establishment, but his history suggests otherwise. Bannon graduated from Georgetown with a master’s degree in “national security studies” then from Harvard with an M.B.A. While at Georgetown he served as an officer in the Navy, which itself isn’t indicative of much in itself if it weren’t for the fact that Bannon served as a special assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations (i.e. he took care of the dirty work) under Reagan while stateside.[19] After leaving the military and graduating from Georgetown, Bannon went to Harvard then graduated to Goldman Sachs, where he worked in their mergers & acquisitions department specializing in media company buyouts. Bannon then went on to work as a producer in Hollywood on movies and documentaries with conservative messages. At least since 2014, Bannon has been a member of the aforementioned Council for National Policy according to a leaked membership list. [20]

0c0a7-badoltaWhile in Hollywood, Bannon along with elite right-wing think tank Hoover Institute research fellow Peter Schweizer founded the Government Accountability Institute with funding from hedge fund billionaire elite GOP donor Robert Mercer (whose firm Renaissance Technologies has NSA connections through James Simons, was involved with the Bernie Madoff slush fund, is a market-maker and is largely tax exempt) and the Koch Foundation.[21] The GAI is where the Clinton Foundation corruption scandal came out of with the publishing of the book Clinton Cash, written by Schweizer. At Breitbart News, Bannon was instrumental in securing millions in funding from undisclosed sources for the network (one of them rumored to be wealthy right-wing Israel-booster Aubrey Chernick) and became executive chairman after Breitbart’s death in 2012.[22] Eventually, Robert Mercer (the largest donor to the pro Trump Make American Number 1 PAC) became the primary beneficiary, financier and part-owner of Breitbart.[23] Clearly, Breitbart and its management are not generally anti-establishment, but do serve as propaganda outlets for the right-wing national security establishment. (On a side-note, Bannon, after finding out he may have been in violation of voting laws because of his registered voting address being a vacant house in Miami, changed his voter registration address to Andrew Badolato’s address in Sarasota. Badolato, who supposedly worked on Clinton Cash, is a supremely shady businessman/grifter connected to the CIA and several drug traffickers.)[24]

Of course, Breitbart isn’t the only alternative outlet with suspicious connections. News site WorldNetDaily of Obama birth certificate fame was founded by Joseph Farrah, who is a member of the Council for National Policy and brought up in media by Richard Mellon Scaife, who owned the Sacramento Union while Farrah was chief editor.[25]

In regards to the storied and undisputed paladin of alternative media, Alex Jones/Infowars, a solid above-table connection to any political paymasters, think tanks, or intelligence fronts eludes us. However, a preponderance of suspicious patterns and a curious characters seemingly peripherally connected to Jones suggests there is more to him and his operation than meets the eye. As has already been discussed, Jones has more or less served as Trump’s PR arm in the alternative media. Roger Stone continues to operate as the liaison and point-man between the Trump campaign and Jones, continually feeding Jones and his audience disinformation about Donald Trump. Jones is not a stupid man and without a doubt knows Stone’s history as a media operative and disinformation artist. The very fact that Jones has provided Stone with an outlet is indicative of his actual agenda. Since Jones has been associated with Stone, he’s hired a (get ready for it) Blackwater alumnus as director of security for Infowars and has received several police escorts while in public (which certainly departs from how the police used to treat Jones).

Jones goes to great lengths to avoid ever having to even briefly address the Jewish-Israeli-Mossad and (to a lesser extent) right-wing/national security establishment components of global conspiracy, instead choosing to pin nearly all conspiratorial power on a nebulous bogeyman Jones calls “globalism,” which is basically a drastically hyperbolic and oversimplified encapsulation of the liberal establishment, otherwise known as the Eastern Establishment, epitomized by organizations such as the CFR, Ford, Rockefeller & Carnegie Foundations, the liberal mainstream Midtown Manhattan media, and State Department. Jones has also fully endorsed incendiary anti-Muslim alarmism originating from within the national security establishment and the various PR firms that represent it, a pattern which can be seen all throughout the sidestream media. This is highly suspect given Jones’s various Israeli-Jewish connections through his Jewish ex-wife, his lawyer Elizabeth Schuring (who also represents the hyper-old money Zionist Bronfman family), and possibly even billionaire CIA-Mossad operative Adnan Khashoggi, whose communications and advertising company Genesis Intermedia (among others) resembles Genesis Communications Network (the flagship network of Jones’s) in almost every way imaginable from the name to logos and dubious marketing tactics.

Although Khashoggi potentially being intimately connected to Jones seems like a strange proposition on its face, it’s really not all that unrealistic of a claim given Khashoggi’s history with the right-wing and Zionist establishments and connections to Ann Coulter and John Gray (whose 9/11 “truth” book Mars & Venus was vigorously promoted and advertised by Khashoggi’s media conglomerate). It’s also rather bizarre that Jones, when first confronted about his possible relation to Khashoggi, denied knowing who Khashoggi was at all, which is simply impossible to believe given that Khashoggi had been involved in what seems like a majority of known conspiracies since the 1970s. Another interesting association of Jones’s is with Stratfor, a boutique propaganda mill and information clearing house disguised as a subscription “intelligence service” founded by Zionist and RAND Corp. alumni George Friedman. In 2012, it was revealed that Infowars had hired a former Stratfor intern by the name of Molly Maroney as an editor. After the issue blew up in Jones’s face and several callers questioned him on the connection, Jones even admitted that he had hired several Stratfor interns other than Maroney. Of course, this could be explained away as Jones having to hire from a relatively small pool of media professionals from in and around Austin, Texas, but it’s still highly suspicious in the context of Jones’s other connections.[26]

Matt Drudge rose to prominence after cultivating an astonishingly long list of seemingly exclusive sources in the media and politics for a relative nobody, eventually breaking the Monica Lewinsky scandal (only after top executives at Newsweek killed the story at the last minute) and was then given a primetime television show on Fox, which ended up being a short-lived venture. However, it became obvious that Drudge had been fully brought into the fold of the conservative establishment’s media machine after top Fox host Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh among others began showering him with publicity long after his departure from Fox. It’s also very telling that Drudge reportedly blocked Andrew Breitbart from publishing scandalous stories about CIA-facilitated Barack Obama to the Drudge Report during the 2008 election while Breitbart worked for Drudge.[27] Drudge is a hard-line conservative – what gives? Did someone deliver a message to Drudge to keep a lid on Obama scandals? (Of course Drudge and the rest of the right-wing alternative media have behaved in the exact opposite fashion in regards to Hillary Clinton.)

Spencer (middle) and Laura Bush (right)

Richard Spencer has perhaps been the most outspoken explicit “white nationalist” in the alternative right media nexus. Spencer attended St. Mark’s School of Texas, an elite preparatory school in Dallas controlled by its board of directors, which represents the Dallas business community (oil, electronics, etc. – has a long history with the intelligence community). He is the chairman of the National Policy Institute, which was founded by and still apparently unofficially directed by William Regnery II, the son of Henry Regnery, the man who founded the CIA-funded Regnery Publishing house which published CIA asset William F. Buckley’s first major book and later went on to publish the works of prominent conservatives and right-wing pundits, many of them ostensibly anti-establishment figures. Henry Regnery’s father, William Regnery I, was a founding member of the American Security Council, which sits at the center of the hard-Republican power structure and largely crafted Ronald Reagan’s foreign policy.

The aforementioned have all contributed to the growth of an awesome pro-Trump propaganda machine in addition to an equally impressive Clinton scandal mill which rivals its 1990s predecessor in size and impact and clearly operates for the most part out of the same playbook. However, any discussion of the sidestream media without mention of Wikileaks would be remiss – by far the most original and innovative propaganda technique utilized by the right-wing this election season has been the promotion of Wikileaks, which is very likely an intelligence operation, as I’ve surmised in a previous post. Julian Assange displays pretty much all the hallmarks of an intelligence asset – born with connections to intelligence through a cult he was born into, rose to prominence out of total obscurity, compromised by law enforcement at a young age then miraculously let off the hook, forces all whistleblowers who provide him with leaked information to sign nondisclosure agreements, releases information in tranches, receives loads of attention from establishment outlets on the right and left, etc., etc.[28]

Given Wikileaks’ suspicious background, “pizzagate,” which is derived from Wikileaks’ “leaked” Podesta emails (which Roger Stone had foreknowledge of according to Podesta [29]), deserves considerable scrutiny. Despite there having been numerous credible reports of child sex rings orchestrated by and involving high-level government officials and Washington power players such as the Franklin scandal, DC callboy ring, etc., pizzagate comes off to me as an utterly incredulous story. Podesta may very well be involved in pedophilia, but it certainly doesn’t involve a string of consumer facing commercial locations (the worst places anyone could imagine establishing a child trafficking or child abuse location) in the heart of D.C. or communications over an email account in Podesta’s name on a mainstream email client. (Even otherwise ordinary people involved in this kind of stuff typically use already existing anonymized networks or boutique communications links with servers that don’t respond when queried by non-authorized servers, not standard email accounts.) Many of the supposed codewords used in the emails were simply fabricated in addition to several of the pictures claimed to have been pulled from James Alefantis’ instagram account. Its complete implausibility, attention from the mainstream media, and origins in wikileaks emails is suspicious enough, and its timing (in the run-up to Epstein’s deposition in the Virginia Roberts defamation case where he will likely name Donald Trump), while less obvious, elicits even more suspicion.

Simply put, the sidestream media is not at all what it’s made out to be by crusaders and apologists for Donald Trump and the corresponding “populist uprising”, which is an answer to the “fake” mainstream media. Most of the sidestream media is simply the conservative national security-focused wing of the establishment’s answer to the liberal establishment media; one side of the same coin. Fake (or, more accurately, inaccurate and/or biased) stories are circulated on both sides and it’s simply ridiculous for people in the alternative media to simply dismiss the mainstream media outright, especially given the fact that it’s still the source of the vast majority of original reporting while the alternative media is still largely confined to spinning or countering what has already been reported in the mainstream. Most reports put out by the mainstream media are well-sourced and, for the most part, specifically accurate – what we must pay attention to is bias, critical omissions and the narratives being spun (one of which has been that Donald Trump is a “political outsider” – in case you hadn’t already noticed this is one of the false narratives that the mainstream and alternative media have spun). If mainstream media is totally ignored and we remain confined to the echo chamber that is much of the alternative media, the critical and telling pieces of information that occasionally make it into mainstream reports will never be emphasized.

The ‘political outsider’ deception

Originally published at Akamai Tree blogspot on 9/20/16

A recurrence throughout American presidential history has been the promotion of bogus ‘political/Washington outsiders’ by hidden powers whose purpose is to restore confidence in the American federal government among a certain large sector of the population, do certain things (be they executive or legislative) that an already established, stigmatized politician would have trouble convincing the public to agree to do, and/or to manipulate presidential elections. Donald Trump is without a doubt an example of this. Other examples from recent history include Ross Perot, Barry Goldwater, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and Ronald Reagan, among others (all in some way highly connected to the CIA/intelligence community, Eastern Establishment, etc.).

Anyone even vaguely familiar with Donald Trump’s unwashed background and past (if they’re honest) knows that he is about as far from a political outsider as anyone could get. Trump was raised at the knee by two of the most powerful and politically-connected people in New York – his father, Fred Trump, and Roy Cohn. Fred Trump (himself the son of whorehouse and opium den operator, Friedrich Trump) was a Brooklyn-Queens construction and real estate magnate specializing in lower and middle class housing who was at the nexus of political power in Brooklyn. Fred was a member of the infamous Democratic political machine Tammany Hall (along with his friend and prominent Zionist Bunny Lindenbaum), the Madison Democratic Club, and the elitist New York informal organization Knights of the Round Table. His connections extended beyond Brooklyn, reaching clear up to the mayor of New York Abe Beame, Roy Cohn, Bunny Lindenbaum, legendary publicist Howard Rubenstein, assembly speaker Stanley Steingut, well-connected bureaucrat Mike Bailkin, various New York-area mafias, among others. Fred utilized these extensive connections to procure preferable government treatment (mostly from the Federal Housing Authority) for himself and later Donald in the form of subsidies and lucrative no-bid contracts (not to mention bailing Donald out several times).

Roy Cohn was among the most powerful (and diabolical) people in all of New York – he spent the latter half of his life a heavyweight lawyer and political fixer whose clients included Donald Trump, the mafia and Catholic church after having built himself into high-level politics and various right-wing circles (most notably the John Birch Society) while assisting Joe McCarthy in his crusade against supposed communist cells (Cohn was in fact recommended to McCarthy by J. Edgar Hoover, since Cohn had proven himself valuable in obtaining espionage convictions earlier in his career). Cohn was directly involved with the CIA and military intelligence throughout his entire life – he ran pedophilic blackmail rings and did other favors for people in high places with the assistance of his former CIA aid David Schine and close former-intelligence friend Craig Spence. Additionally, Cohn was pictured in Spain with Schine and a number of other international spies and was a board member of CIA front company, Permindex. Cohn mentored Donald Trump while he was attempting to make inroads into Manhattan’s social scene and gradually brought Donald to a higher political understanding (even introducing him fellow homosexual right-wing operative Roger Stone) and used his position to aid Donald’s construction business. Cohn was likely the one who clued Donald in to the sweet deal that could be made on what is now the Trump Building in Lower Manhattan while it was a frozen asset of CIA-connected western puppet Ferdinand Marcos. Donald’s connections to the political stratosphere likely also awarded him his sweet deals with Harrah’s at Trump Plaza, Resorts International (both mafia-CIA connected) and, later, the Trump Tower in Chicago (which was bankrolled in large part by George Soros, whose investment consortium later effectively forgave Trump hundreds of millions in debts he owed on the construction loan).

Clearly, given Donald’s intimate association with the two people discussed above as well as his later association with people such as the Clintons, Rudy Giuliani, Jack Abramoff, Rupert Murdoch, Carl Icahn, Roger Ailes, Adnan Khashoggi, George Soros, etc., his admitted role as a political paymaster, business ties with intelligence/CIA/Israel/mafia (Resorts Int’l, Trump Building, Harris Trump Plaza, etc.) and generally favorable treatment from government (nearly a billion in subsidies, the unprecedented “recommendation” of a casino license for Trump), he is not in any way a political outsider. The various people behind his campaign are further proof of this: the Trump campaign is composed of a legion of national security spooks and sophisticated right-wing operatives (John Birch Society, Council for National Policy, American Security Council, Nixon-Reagan-Bush proteges), the most prominent of which being James Woolsey, Joseph Schmitz, Michael Glassner, Roger Ailes, Stephen Bannon (a former Naval spook connected to money laundering and drug trafficking), Roger Stone, Edwin Meese, Felix Sater, and Paul Manafort. Peter Thiel, the vocal Trump supporter, spook venture capitalist co-founder of CIA-backed data mining company Palantir, Bilderberg Steering Committee member, and bank-roller of the Hulk Hogan-Gawker lawsuit is another member of this cast, although apparently less directly involved. Of course, this could be explained away as the establishment co-opting Trump, but given his background and history I find this highly unlikely. In addition to this there are numerous informal advisors not officially part of Trump’s team, one of which is likely CFR president, Richard Haass, who Trump held a secret meeting with Trump in August of 2015 when his campaign was just getting off the ground. Many other formal and informal advisors (such as Edwin Meese) are coming from the powerful Council for National Policy, which threw its weight behind Trump in May of 2016 (at least making it official – all evidence suggests they were in on Trump from the beginning) after holding a secretive meeting between themselves and all major GOP presidential contenders at the time.

So, given the fact that Donald Trump is not a political outsider, that brings us to the question of why he’s been labeled by almost the entire media a political outsider. And that, in turn takes us to the political outsider deception, which the media is the key to. In fact, it is nearly impossible to overstate the media’s role in bolstering Trump and the Trump deception.

It’s quite obvious that on a broad, chief editorial and executive level, the media has been bolstering and promoting Trump from the very beginning of his campaign, contrary to what the vast majority of people have been led to believe by the media itself. Simply put, the very media which Trump has deep connections with has curiously enough given Trump billions in free advertising through massively oversized coverage and has given Trump a pass on his most damning scandals and the most revealing parts of his past. There is a very strong positive correlation between the amount of coverage a candidate receives in the media (regardless of whether it’s positive, negative, or “biased”) and their polling numbers. This obviously doesn’t prove a causal relationship, but in the case of Trump and most other phony political outsiders, a causal relationship and direction can both be determined by looking at the timing of the beginning of Trump’s meteoric rise in coverage in the media compared to his rise in the polls. Trump’s rapid rise in the polling numbers occurred subsequent to his explosion into the public limelight wherein his name was mentioned hundreds upon hundreds of times a day (which is highly peculiar even for an already wildly popular politician) and received in the primary season up to 20 times more coverage than all other GOP candidates combined in the mainstream media, strongly suggesting that his increased coverage in the media caused his rise in the poll numbers despite the fact that his coverage was largely negative (in reality, barring scandal, both good and bad PR have largely the same effect of increasing a given candidate’s popularity).

Not only has the media gifted Trump unprecedented amounts of free advertising and control of the news cycle (the opposite of what the media does when they’re attempting to cut someone down), they’ve behaved deceptively in their characterizing of Trump as a political outsider, something which they’ve achieved by literally constantly explicitly stating as such (not even Trump himself explicitly states that he’s an outsider) and omitting stories about Trump and his past which would tend to discredit the outsider notion .The mainstream media of the masses, i.e. cable news, largely blows off detailed exposes of Trump’s high-level political corruption and manipulation (e.g., Trump Foundation, mafia & drug connections) and refutations of Trump’s assertions that he is self-made (e.g., Politico’s “Artifice of the Deal”), whereas with Clinton, the media (which, according to the alternative media gets its talking points from Hillary Clinton and the DNC) obsesses and frets over her various scandals such as Emailgate, Benghazi, and the Clinton Foundation (of course, Clinton’s use of a private email server during her tenure as Sec. of State was discovered a full 4 years ago and was only emphasized in the media right as election season ramped up).

Forget both the overwrought and oversimplified analyses of coverage of the election by the alternative media  attempting to find comprehensive media bias in favor of Clinton/against Trump by pointing out relatively small biases at the production level (such as taking quotes out of context and accusations of racism) and instead focus on more general patterns and overall narrative the media pushes in regards to the election – it is here where evidence of the media’s subtle bolstering of Trump and gradual denigration of Clinton appears. Of course, this isn’t to say that most in the media (mostly at the lower levels) aren’t anti-Trump – they are (and this shows itself in the numerous small instances of bias against Trump in many stories lasting only maybe 1/2-1 full news cycle), but at the executive news level there is clearly an agenda to drum the notion of Trump as a political outsider and disruptor who will route the establishment into peoples’ heads (just as they did with Obama, Bill Clinton, Ross Perot, Reagan. etc.) and a separate but related agenda to, as the media’s historically done, portray Clinton as a hopelessly corrupt Beltway creature, which of course is largely accurate (I’ll get more into detail on Clinton later). Some specific proofs of this are CNN staffer’s frequent complaints of Jeff Zucker’s insistence that Trump be covered virtually all the time (the media’s effort to promote Trump is compartmentalized) , the fact that almost all interviews with Trump on mainstream cable news feature softball questions entirely, media bending of stories to lend credibility to Trumpian rhetoric (the best example being the San Francisco pier shooting), and several unprecedented instances of certain shows’ hosts and producers allowing Trump to tell them what they can and cannot ask him (Morning Joe, Dr. Oz, literally every Fox program, etc.).

Another interesting component of the ever-evolving Trump media complex has been Julian Assange and his organization Wikileaks, which, I will establish in a later post is most likely an intelligence community-backed honeypot. That is a tad off-topic and meandering for the purposes of this article, though.

As for Hillary Clinton, there is a tendency to view Hillary and Bill as one in the same and an assumption that Hillary is the presumed favorite of the powers-that-be. However, this is simply not true, as Hillary Clinton is a different animal than Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, or Barack Obama. Whereas Trump, Bill, and Obama are all merely concerned with fame and vanity and are willing to serve as figureheads while the executive is being run secretly by low-profile clandestine operatives (advisors, White House counselors, the NSC, deputy secretaries, etc.), Hillary clearly displays a lust for power and a disdain for the spotlight, which makes sense given the fact that Hillary has been a handler of Bill’s for decades and is not okay with taking orders, lying down when need be, being leaned on, or being manipulated.

Bill Clinton often remarked that all he wanted was ‘to be elected governor of Arkansas’, not actually run it. Donald Trump Jr. implied his father was largely the same when he told vice presidential interviewees that they would be in charge of policy and most decision making while Donald would be in charge of “making American great again,” i.e. a figurehead celebrity-president. And this gets to the core of the issue – those willing to be complete and utter puppets are most likely to be promoted by the powers that be. Of course, there have been presidents who have not been puppets in recent history such as Bush I. However, all of them have been quite different from Hillary in that they all without fail have come from good-ol’-boy networks within the deep state and can be trusted by the deep state. Hillary merely latched onto someone she knew had an inside track in politics (Bill). Of course, the only reason Bill had an inside track into politics at all was that he had proven himself a reliable errand boy and low-level informant for the CIA at Oxford and after being further vetted by established powers as someone who would reliably do his handlers’ bidding made Attorney General and then governor of Arkansas with the financial and political backing of several power brokers, the most prominent of which being billionaire Stephens Inc.-owner Jackson Stephens, who was intimately involved in facilitating more than a few black CIA and NSA operations through his various businesses (another major backer of Clinton’s was Don Tyson). Hillary, unlike Bill, was not handpicked and groomed to achieve a high office, and therefore has not received the same media protection and promotion Bill received when he first ran for president.

There are many potential reasons for why a Donald Trump is being promoted by the established powers besides being a manipulable figurehead. Trump, being a Republican, would likely have success in rallying support behind further wars in the Middle East and expanding the scope of the police and surveillance state. Notice that there’s been a recent uptick in Islamic fear-mongering corresponding with the rise of western-backed ISIS and several high-profile Islamic terrorist attacks (all of which have had government black operations components). In addition to this, the manufactured Trump phenomenon is fundamentally restructuring the GOP and making it a viable party again as part of an effort to shore up the two-party system. Trump has brought the vast formerly politically apathetic white working class into the GOP’s fold. However, this is unfalsifiable and highly speculative.

Trump and the election

Originally published at Akamai Tree blogspot on 12/15/15

I really hate to write about Donald Trump yet again, but it’s impossible to avoid Trump since he more or less dominates the political news cycle. And his legendary performance this election season has guaranteed him a place in U.S. history books, just as Ross Perot and Barry Goldwater’s presidential runs did.

The media’s recently shifted from characterizing and scrutinizing Trump himself to hand wringing over what Trump’s rise symbolizes and generalizes about the American population as a whole and what it means for the Washington and GOP “establishments.” It doesn’t mean much, frankly. The calling card of many of the establishmentarian downfall analysts has been “people hate Washington, they’re finished with it,” or some variation of such. I don’t think there’s ever been a time that the general population hasn’t despised Washington. The same incessant populist, anti-establishment hand wringing and unfalsifiable theorizing about the direction contemporary politics is going in occurred when Ross Perot and Barry Goldwater led the GOP field in 1992 and 1964, respectively. This kind of sentiment ran high even when Obama was running in 2007-2008. Their ascent was interpreted as the imminent death of the American political establishment. Of course, such a thing never happened – Goldwater and Perot both lost in the general election, Obama won in 2008, and affairs continued as they had previously and the establishment elite retained control over the political scene. If history is any indicator, Trump’s campaign should play out somewhat similarly.

But, before I get to the specifics of Trump, it’s important to realize that there is nothing mystical, mysterious, or incomprehensible about Trump’s ascension. The reason Trump is polling so well is because the media bolsters him by supplying him with billions of dollars worth of free advertising in the form of oversized media coverage and because he says things people want to hear. Now, all politicians do this to an extent, but Trump differentiates himself from other politicians because he has no apparent filter. Not only does Trump say what people want to hear, but he says what many people are thinking, and doesn’t censor himself in the process. Trump’s infectious bombast and promises of routing the establishment are attractive to people and his rhetoric is purely populist and nativist in nature (it’s too good to be true as well, I might add). And, although it seems as though Trump’s rhetoric is entirely spontaneous and impromptu, this isn’t true. Trump’s message has been cleverly engineered and pieced together by his advisers (Trump still has some of the slickest advisers there are despite Roger Stone having left) to tease and invoke a response out of a certain demographic which has historically been politically apathetic – uneducated, often disaffected lower to lower middle class whites without a strong party or ideological affiliation. This can be inferred from the fact that Trump’s current rhetoric, attitude, and political positions are quite dissimilar to the previous positions and demeanor Trump held when he wasn’t a serious political contender. Trump very obviously intentionally dumbs his speech down when speaking as well because that’s what sells. And we know this because Trump is indeed capable of intelligent and sophisticated writing as evidenced by his books, other writings, etc. And there is a whole body of sophisticated psychometric work modeling certain groups of people’s responses to various phrases, words, positions, etc. There is no doubt in my mind that the best, most sophisticated manipulators from PR, media, marketing/advertising, and politics are behind crafting what Trump says and how he says it.

And this really gets to my core thesis regarding the Trump phenomenon – it’s very obviously been engineered and facilitated by a higher power. This kind of election manipulation via introducing an apparent wild card candidate certainly isn’t without precedent in history. Barry Goldwater was supported by the arch-elitist Bush family (that the Rockefeller Republicans and Eastern Establishment opposed Goldwater is a myth). Ross Perot was neck deep in CIA connections through his two companies, Perot Systems and Electronic Data Systems. Turns out that Perot was in daily communication with the Clinton campaign and, rumor has it, had brokered a deal by which Clinton would win the presidential election and award the Clintoncare IT contract to Perot Systems. Of course, Clintoncare never fell through, but that’s the rumor.

Make no doubt, about it – the media blitz surrounding Donald Trump which occurred early in the campaign season (and occurred subsequent to his rise in the polls) where his name was mentioned hundreds of times a day on establishment news networks was no accident. It’s no accident that Trump is treated specially and with kid gloves by the media — he’s given interviews on his own home turf in the Trump Tower or over telephone as opposed to in studio or via live satellite uplink as is always required by the media. It’s no accident that in August of 2015 Trump received 10 times as much coverage in the media as all other GOP candidates combined (that magnitude had more than doubled to 25 times as much coverage as all other GOP candidates combined by December). And, no, the media is not trying to destroy Trump in the polls – if they really wanted to do that they would simply pull the his mic, give him zero coverage, and skip his name reciting polling numbers as they did with Ron Paul. The fact that the media typically casts Trump as a controversial figure and often in a negative light means next to nothing – all PR is good PR (leave catastrophic scandals), as the saying goes. The amount of coverage a candidate receives is very strongly positively correlated with their poll numbers.

Fox News isn’t trying to destroy Trump (after all, they’ve had him on Fox over 100 times and counting and most of their interviewers lick his ring). While it may be true that Rupert Murdoch personally despises Trump (I doubt it given reports that the two are close and the fact that Ivanka vacations with Murdoch’s ex-wife), the reality is that Trump had a series of meetings and lunches with Fox’s operational chief Roger Ailes in September, who’s been a close friend of Trump’s for decades and who, according to Ailes himself, goes to Trump when he’s “having problems”, whatever that means. I think we all know what this means despite the fake trivial Twitter war the two engaged in. It’s no accident either that Trump is treated with kid gloves and hardly ever asked hard policy questions in debates or interviews, only inflammatory questions the media manipulators know Trump can deflect. To be fair, the debate moderators don’t ask other candidates about policy proposal specifics as much as they should either, but if the media really wanted to take Trump down, that’s what they would do to catch him in errs, and they don’t do it. But this extends to the mainstream centrist media as well – In all of Trump’s interviews with personalities such as Chuck Todd, Wolf Blitzer, Jake Tapper, Joe Scarborough, etc., all of whom have been tasked with assassinating people in the media previously, none of them have ever even tried to catch Trump in an err or push back against him. CNN staffers even complained about Jeff Zucker’s insistence on obsessively covering Trump (Zucker also has a very close relationship with Trump, who calls Zucker his “personal booker”). Hell, Mika Brzezinski was asked by Trump not to ask him any hard questions, and she agreed straight out! Trump then went on and continued to commandeer the producers of Morning Joe and was met with zero resistance! The mainstream news networks are clearly subtly promoting Trump. And while it is true that part of the reason that the news networks pedal Trump is because they receive higher ratings and viewership and hence more advertising revenue, that still can’t explain why the media clearly around June of 2015 out of the blue ignited the Trump phenomenon by giving him massive coverage and exposure before he was even on the map in terms of polling numbers.

It’s no accident either that Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Mike Gallagher, Ann Coulter, and tens of other prominent conservative pundits have endorsed Trump in unison. Nothing they do is by mistake, especially CIA-facilitated Rush Limbaugh, who talks almost exclusively about Trump nowadays and leaps to his defense every chance he gets like a dog. I think it’s especially clear that Limbaugh is receiving some sort of direction regarding his coverage of Trump. Savage plays as an outsider, and, maybe he is, but I ultimately think he’s a controlled entity because there is major dirt on Savage’s sexual habits and from his past that he can be blackmailed with. Disgraced outsider Glenn Beck and faltering Bill O’Reilly seem to be the only exceptions. Erick Erickson, Rush Limbaugh’s ordained successor, has taken an agnostic position towards Trump and instead pushes Ted Cruz, another false outsider. More and more conservative pundits are in unison pushing Cruz as well. The truth is that the media was at some point given the signal to bolster Trump – and they have done so successfully. It’s clearly evidence that Trump has been held out as a means of election manipulation. Previously in 2008 and 2012 when Trump publicly considered running for president and put forth the same grandiose bombastic rhetoric as he is now, the media gave him little coverage and virtually blew him off entirely and downplayed him as someone who was completely unserious (everyone in New York knew before 2015 that Trump was not to be taken seriously). Now, the story is different.

Another myth regarding Trump is that he’s somehow a political outsider. Trump is most definitely not a political outsider. He may not be a part of the Beltway Washington clique, but he’s been a liberal New York elitist and member of the political donor class nearly his entire adult life and has rubbed shoulders with populist anathema such as Adnan Khashoggi, Roy Cohn, George Soros, Jeffrey Epstein, Michael Bloomberg, Rudy Giuliani (who Trump appeared in a cross dressing skit with), the Clintons, and dozens of other lower key New York power players for as long as anyone can remember. He has been surrounded his entire life by tried and true CIA-intelligence-mafia assets and other such shady international operatives. His mentor, lawyer, and life-long confidante, Roy Cohn, was one of the most powerful people in the country in his heyday. He was a New York legal hitman, power broker, and fixer whose clients included top American and Canadian mafia families, senator Joe McCarthy (in fact Cohn was referred to McCarthy by J Edgar Hoover), large corporations, the Catholic church, etc. (he also served as an “informal advisor” to Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan), and was therefore neck deep in CIA and military intelligence connections. Cohn was intimately involved with several CIA child sex/human trafficking blackmail rings (Epstein, DC callboy ring, Northern Mariana Islands, Tevfrik Arik [the Turkish child trafficker who Trump is still business partners with], the Franklin scandal, Dutroux, etc.), was a board member of CIA-front company Permindex, etc., etc. Cohn was the liaison between the top mob families of New York and represented the Trump Organization when it was accused of violating the Fair Housing Act and, even more importantly, brokered Donald Trump’s first major construction project in Manhattan – the Hyatt – with Fred Trump and Fred’s powerful friend Abe Beame (the future mayor of New York) who made sure that Donald was guaranteed tax abatements, hundreds of millions in subsidies, and all-around preferred government treatment like his father, Fred was (this preferred treatment of course extended beyond the real estate business of course – for example the notoriously stingy New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in an unprecedented move “recommended” Trump be approved for a casino license, something that had never been done before).

Cohn (and Joe McCarthy) was also a member of the John Birch Society, which has been covertly involved in arranging for Trump’s nomination along with the Council for National Policy, another obscure yet powerful right-wing club with a secret membership list which originated with the Goldwater clique and has retained its position as one of the premier hotbeds for right-wing scheming through all Republican administrations since (this will not stop with Trump). The relationship between Trump’s sphere, the John Birch Society and CNP will be further fleshed out in a later post.

Of course, Trump wasn’t gifted a slot in the global elite for no reason – he inherited the slot. Trump’s grandfather, German immigrant Friedrich Trump (Drumpf), ran opium dens and brothels in the Pacific Northwest. Trump’s father, Fred C. Trump, along with his curiously close lawyer, Bunny Lindenbaum (who was a powerful Zionist, political fixer, and power broker) were both at the nerve center of Brooklyn politics as prominent members of the powerful Brooklyn Democratic political machine, Tammany Hall, the informal Knights of the Round Table, and the Madison Democratic Club. Fred operated an outer boroughs real estate empire which survived on preferred government treatment and subsidization from the Federal Housing Authority. Fred also frequently orchestrated real estate and corporate fraud-embezzlement scams as well. Trump’s tremendous base wealth, much of which was dirty money, was inherited and then built upon by Trump utilizing his largely inherited insider connections (Fred Trump guaranteed and underwrote several construction loans for his son and finagled large banks into extending his irresponsible son massive lines of credit).

Trump’s first major construction project was Harrah’s Trump Plaza casino (Harrah being deeply connected to the mafia) – he was given $250 million dollars, half ownership of the casino, and the contract to build the casino (even though he had virtually no experience with major construction at the time), which of course is a completely unheard of deal. Basically, the mafia and likely a bevy of government and business insiders made Donald Trump by gifting him the deal of a lifetime and his first real construction contract. Donald Trump’s first foray into Lower Manhattan real estate (his purchase of the Trump Building) was an inside deal whereby Trump purchased the building at a discount as a result of the fact that it was in limbo – the Trump Building was secretly owned by Ferdinand Marcos, whose assets had been frozen (coincidentally enough, Paul Manafort, a strategist with the Trump campaign with extensive mob ties, was an advisor to Marcos). In the late ’80s, Trump bought a majority stake in Resorts International, a CIA-mafia money laundering and blackmail front and effectively served as its public face. Of course, Fred and Trump have done plenty of business with the mafia, as has been reported somewhat in the mainstream media. You don’t become a Manhattan real estate mogul or Atlantic City casino mogul without direct connections to the mafia, and Trump is neck deep in them, having been mentored by top mob lawyer Roy Cohn and having done plenty of business with CIA-connected mob bosses Tony Salerno, Nicodemo Scarfo, and Paul Castellano. Felix Sater, a mob-connected CIA asset and former Russian spy is a”close advisor” of Trump’s and apparently even shares an office floor with Trump. Trump’s friends and family are no less corrupt or nefarious than Bush or Clinton’s.

Almost all very wealthy people in the beginning of their career had at least one financial backer and had mentors and beneficiaries. In Trump’s case, his father and Cohn played this role – his father backed him financially and mentored him in the field of business maneuvering and Cohn brought Trump into a higher political understanding, fostered further insider connections for Trump Jr., and instructed him on how to navigate politically in New York.

So, not only does Trump’s background scream establishment insider, most of his policies do as well. For example, every point in Trump’s (or, should I say, Jeff Session’s) immigration proposal has been put forth and backed by the GOP at some point. His foreign policy stance, though incredibly vague, is almost identical to the establishment GOP’s, as well as his attitude towards the surveillance and police state (aggressive foreign policy and the police state are two key issues the powers that be are pushing hard). Trump wishes to repeal Obamacare as the rest of the GOP does. Seemingly, the only real area of disagreement Trump supposedly has with the establishment Republicans is with respect to trade, which coincides with Trump’s populist message. Given this, it’s not surprising that Trump has surrounded himself with a bevy of establishment globalist insider advisors such as lifelong spook Joe Schmitz, mob fixer and lobbyist of CIA-sponsored dictator Ferdinand Marcos Paul Manafort, zionist and Republican Jewish leader Michael Glassner, and Steve Mnuchin, who will be his so-called “experts” and make suggestions to him (i.e. call the shots, be the White House operational chiefs, etc.). We should expect further contracting out of policy decisions to spooks. In fact Trump promised as much when he referenced CFR president Richard Haass as someone who would likely be brought on as Trump’s lead foreign policy advisor should he be elected (Haass is likely already part of Trump’s foreign policy advisory team having “briefed” him multiple times). Trump is already getting close with the arch-globalist Newt Gingrich who has only recently emerged from a hiatus from public life after his adulterous affairs were exposed. Gingrich would likely play a kind of handler role in Trump’s administration, although I’m not convinced he would be placed as vice president given Gingrich’s high unfavorables. He would more likely be placed as some kind of advisor, counselor, or possibly chief of staff.

So, given the circles Trump moves in and his relatively mild policy proposals, Trump’s record of donating immense sums of money to establishment politicians like the Clintons shouldn’t be that surprising. And you’d have to be completely naive to believe all of these donations are merely Trump attempting to buy off politicians. His pattern of donations to Hillary Clinton for example does not resemble a one-off buy-off of Clinton. He’s consistently donated to her every campaign – her senatorial and presidential campaigns, where Clinton wouldn’t be able to carry out Trump’s bidding efficiently and where it would be very risky to engage in nepotism with someone like Trump. It doesn’t take a genius to realize that Trump is a corrupt liberal elitist. Many of his supporters in fact acknowledge this, yet, shockingly few seem to care. Why his followers believe that a corrupt insider will follow through with any of his so-called promises is beyond me. Why anyone is taking a reality TV star and professional self promoter seriously is beyond me as well. I suppose it just goes to show how easily people can be blinded by too good to be true rhetoric. How anyone could be so naive as to believe that Trump is entirely immune from outside political influence is also rather astonishing. Trump is not for sale in the conventional sense – he can finance his own campaign. But he is indebted and subservient to a certain faction within government in a more indirect sense because his fortune and power is predicated upon his connections within government (primarily through family) which have afforded him all of his lucrative construction contracts. There is also probably extremely damaging dirt one or more three letter agencies have on Trump which could potentially destroy him or get him in serious legal trouble that he can be blackmailed and controlled with. Some of this dirt is hidden in plainsight with Jeffrey Epstein:

It just goes to show on in the tank the media is for Trump that no one in the media has ever questioned Trump on his association with serial pedophile and blackmail ring orchestrator, Jeffrey Epstein (or, for a matter of fact, his lifelong relationship with CIA blackmail ring orchestrator, Roy Cohn). In Epstein’s contacts list, Trump was listed as a friend of Jeffrey Epstein’s and was a visitor to Epstein’s Palm Beach estate where Epstein and dozens of other high powered people from all over the world engaged in pedophilic activity with foreign imported underage girls. Trump was designated by the butler of Epstein’s estate a “material witness” to child sexual abuse in the estate, meaning Trump has full knowledge of this activity and was possibly even directly involved (the fact that he was even at the estate means he can probably be blackmailed as there were CCTV cameras hidden strategically all over the estate). Epstein had 15 ways of contacting Donald Trump and one of Epstein’s most prolific sex slaves, Virginia Roberts, was recruited from Trump’s Mar A Lago estate (Roberts folded towels at the pool). Trump flew on Epstein’s private plane (the “Lolita Express”) 25 times that we know of and visited Epstein’s “pedophile island”, part of the U.S. Virgin Islands. This connection is made even more interesting given the fact that Trump’s modeling agency recruits girls as young as 14, and of course modeling and talent agencies are some of the most prolific vehicles of importation of underage girls to be used for sex there are.

Another involvement of Trump’s which the media has given very little attention to for some odd reason is his relation to convicted cocaine trafficker Joseph Weichselbaum, who also incidentally happened to have managed the helicopter company which shuttled VIPs to Trump’s casino in Atlantic City and provided pilots for Trump’s personal-use helicopter (which hilariously enough was regularly flown in by Trump’s older sister – the federal judge who was initially handed Weichselbaum’s case). What’s especially fascinating about this episode is that Trump wrote a letter full of falsehoods to the judge in Weichselbaum’s case vouching for Weichaselbaum’s supposed “good character” and urging leniency, a move which had a good chance of putting his casino license at risk (casino license holders must not be discovered associating with anything even remotely criminal unless they want the license revoked). Clearly, Trump for some reason desperately wanted/needed to protect Weichselbaum and/or keep him from talking.

How Trump’s campaign will play out is unbeknown to anyone on the outside. All we know is that his rise was orchestrated by higher powers and that he is likely an election manipulation tool. Some have submitted that Trump has run away from the election manipulators who engineered his rise in the polls and will need to use proportional representation and withholding of delegates at the convention as means of direct manipulation to dump Trump and install an establishment candidate, likely Rubio, Christie, or the so-called “outsider” Cruz. Many have been swindled into believing that Cruz is an outsider, but he clearly isn’t one. He may not be a favorite of Republicans like Boehner, McCarthy or McConnell for his extreme antics (Trump is right about that), but he’s not a total outsider. The establishment is comfortable with Cruz – he has an aggressive iteration of establishment foreign policy regarding Iran, is good behind a podium and on stage, and supports the arch-elitist Trans-Pacific Partnership. His wife works for Goldman Sachs in Houston, was the director to South America for the NSC, and was part of a team which drafted a paper for the CFR proposing a North American Union featuring effectively open borders and interoperability between law enforcement. In the early 2000s, Cruz was a “policy advisor” (i.e. handler) to George W. Bush and promoted the appointment of John Roberts to the Supreme Court. Cruz is buried up to his eyes in elitist and insider connections. In fact, his entire campaign is more or less a psychological operation being run by a CIA contracting company called Cambridge Analytica (a subsidiary of Strategic Communications Laboratory in England) which uses psychometric data to sway public opinion and market ideas to certain groups of people.

Drug-running Jeb Bush is clearly done for despite everything the establishment has done to try to buoy him. His donors are abandoning him for Cruz and Rubio. NSA/CIA counselor Fiorina, megalomaniac Yale elitist Carson, empty suit Kasich, Romney hitman and Roger Ailes minion Huckabee, and all the rest of the candidates the manipulators surged and used to fracture support and ply the election are done for. Their only remaining purpose is to deliver their demographic to the establishment candidate (Cruz, Rubio, or Christie). Rubio (who very clearly has elitist and mega donor support), Cruz, maybe Christie, and Trump are left. The election engineers are now trying again to foster the corrupt, Bush-connected war on terror agitator Christie since Jeb has all but disappeared from the radar by having a major New Hampshire newspaper endorse Christie and by having the national media push him in the debates. However, I’m not sure this strategy will pan out for the establishment. It’s a possibility, but still a long-shot since Christie only has 3% support in the polls.

I think Trump was put out to tap a certain demographic that either the Republicans or Democrats want and to incite drama and theater in the media. It’s more likely the Republicans, though, whose primary demographic is disappearing. Trump’s appearance has dragged these formerly politically apathetic citizens and potential Republican voters into an election which on a fundamental demographic level never looked good for the Republicans (immigrants, who are overwhelmingly Democrat, are coming into the country at a faster rate every year and have more children on average than natives). It will invigorate many solid conservatives to vote as well – it’s all a massive ploy to increase turnout for the GOP in both the nomination and general election. It’s a win-win-win situation for the Republicans. Trump’s rhetoric is co-opted and homogenized by the establishment candidates (which is exactly what  happened to Perot and Goldwater). The establishment can then dump Trump through primary and/or convention manipulation if he runs away from them (the RNC has assured this will be possible by assigning states whose primaries are held between March 1st and 14th proportional representation of delegates). The Republicans still get to keep a large chunk of the excited Trump demographic in the general to elect a Cruz, Christie, or Rubio. Trump could drop out of the Republican race and run Independent, something which he’s promised not to do. He of course would have no chance of winning the general because of how the electoral college works and the fact that Trump’s support is rather evenly distributed among states and isn’t concentrated in any key area (which doesn’t help in the general election given how the US’s electoral system works).

This may mean Hillary wins, but the manipulators and establishment would rather have Hillary than Trump, despite the fact that Hillary isn’t the establishment’s true favorite. On the other hand, Hillary may not win in this scenario – Firstly, Trump also has tremendous support from disaffected Democrats, potentially taking away votes from Clinton in addition to the Republican nominee, canceling the effect out. Secondly, Cruz is a very strong candidate with establishment financial backing, very popular with Trump’s demographic, and is by far the most popular second choice for Trump supporters. Christie and Rubio both are very strong candidates as well. Trump could drop out entirely and endorse Cruz or whoever he’s told to endorse. He could play along with a “stirring of the pot” by the media via an intentionally leaked controversy and drop out. It’s not impossible – Ross Perot, who no one in their right mind ever believed would drop out, did exactly that in 1992 using the excuse that compromising photos of his daughter would be released if he didn’t fold to the establishment. This severely hurt him in the polls and guaranteed he wouldn’t go anywhere. Whether Trump jumps back in or not is irrelevant. Cruz, Rubio, or Christie (maybe), the establishment’s candidates of choice, will likely win.

Whether Trump is sincere in his positions and his level of knowledge regarding his role in manipulating the election are not known to me. However, there are a couple indicators that he is mostly sincere – 1) despite changing the specifics of his positions frequently over the years, he’s typically maintained an ostensibly legitimate populist bent, consistent with his current rhetoric and 2) he has an apparent thin skin for criticism judging by his behavior in the debates and on Twitter. Although he’s an actor, it seems as though he sincerely doesn’t appreciate it when people criticize him and his ideas. I think he’s mostly sincere, but I do suspect he may be somewhat aware of his role as an election manipulation instrument. This is because Trump, as I mentioned previously, had a series of meetings with Roger Ailes of Fox News. He probably had discussions with other media operatives from other news networks as well. Trump was likely briefed at these discussions on the unprecedented media coverage he would receive. However, it is extremely unlikely that Trump is aware of election manipulators’ grand strategy, since Trump could potentially upset it if he was aware of it.

However likely it may seem given Trump and the Clintons’ history, I don’t think Trump is a Clinton instrument. Firstly, Trump’s carefully crafted and conceived rhetoric has attracted many disaffected Democrats and left-leaning independents who would otherwise vote for Clinton. Hillary and her team, as politically savvy as they are, would never make the mistake of boosting someone who actually hurts them. Secondly, the media is simultaneously bolstering Trump and denigrating Clinton. If the Clintons had enough influence with the media to surge Trump, they would have enough power to silence the email and Benghazi stories. I think the media was given the signal to push the Clinton email story because the establishment wants Hillary weakened in the general. Remember, the email story came out a full three years ago and the media never said a word about it until, out of the blue, it was a huge story and headline. The elites don’t really want Hillary as president if they can avoid her because she’s strong-willed, uncompromising, and obstinate. She would buck her handlers the entire way and the controllers don’t like that – they want a controlled script reader who is perfectly okay with simply going through the motions like Obama, Bush, or Bill Clinton. Some have suggested that Obama has sicked the media on Hillary Clinton to keep Hillary from running on an anti-Obama platform. This is entirely possible. A staffer in the White House supposedly leaked that Clinton stormed into Obama’s room above the Oval Office and shrieked to Obama “get your dogs off my back!”, presumably referring to the FBI and DoJ investigating Clinton’s email servers. I don’t think Obama is where the order truly originated. Obama isn’t the most powerful person who doesn’t like Hillary and word has it that Obama nowadays hardly does anything other than sit in his room above the Oval Office watching ESPN, snorting coke and occasionally scanning the internet to gauge the public’s perception of him and what his legacy will look like. I don’t think he’s in much of a position to orchestrate anything. It is also important to note that Clinton will probably not be indicted for the handling of her emails and classified information. The investigation is not legitimate, it’s simply a means for the controllers to deteriorate Clinton’s support with an ongoing scandal.

Everything suggests that the elites want a hawkish, war-mongering Republican. They’re making it easy for someone like Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio to get elected. The Islamic/ISIS threat is being thrust on the public with full force unlike anything we’ve seen since the Bush years, which is a safe issue for most Republicans and an agenda they will gladly play along with. And not only that but the backlash against Obama and the Democrats has been massive. The controllers would rather not have the population further enraged and embittered by another 8 years of someone who would likely be seen as an extension of the Obama years. A change in flavor would likely pacify the populace, at least for a while.

We’ll continue to see how this election season plays out and how it’s manipulated and molded by the puppeteers in the Democratic and Republican parties, PR firms, and news networks. More in-depth analysis of the other candidates can be found in the next blog post.
